Project Overview
A ground-plus-three-storey reinforced cement concrete frame structure built from foundation to handover in under a year, housing IDBI Bank’s specialized corporate branch in Baroda. RCC frame construction at this height requires sequenced formwork, reinforcement, and curing cycles floor by floor, with each storey’s structural work completed before the next begins — an eleven-month programme for a G+3 building reflects tight cycle discipline. Banking premises additionally carry requirements that ordinary commercial buildings do not: secure cash-handling zones, controlled public and staff circulation, and a customer-facing frontage that has to project institutional permanence.
