We phase work zone by zone or floor by floor, schedule noisy operations outside your working hours, and keep public access, staff circulation and security intact throughout. We have done this in banks, laboratories, hostels, schools, a working dairy farm and an aerospace plant.
Where a job could be split between specialist contractors, we prefer to take the whole of it — civil work, building services and finishing under one award — so the sequencing is internal to us and there is no coordination gap for you to manage.
