Sama Lake Development

Project Overview

Development of Sama Lake in northern Vadodara, awarded six months after Kamlanagar and run alongside it. From December 2014 the company had two lake sites active simultaneously in different parts of the city, each with its own access constraints, community interface, and material logistics — rising to three within a fortnight as the Gotri contract began.
