Project Overview
Renovation and interior refitting of LICHFL’s Regional Office on the sixteenth floor of Mittal Court at Nariman Point — one of Mumbai’s most prestigious commercial addresses — completed in three months. A high-rise fit-out in a premium business district carries constraints that ground-level work does not: every material, fixture, and item of waste moves through shared service lifts on a booked schedule, working hours are governed by the building’s other corporate tenants, and the standard of finish has to match the address. That the programme ran from December 2020 to March 2021 is worth noting in itself — this was delivered under pandemic-period conditions, with the workforce, material supply, and site access constraints that implies. It also represents the company’s presence in India’s premier corporate real-estate market, for a national financial-services client.
