Project Overview
Construction of a standalone investment building on National Star Plot in T. Nagar, one of Chennai’s densest and most valuable commercial districts, forming part of LIC’s nationwide real-estate and investment property portfolio. This was also the company’s first project delivered outside Gujarat — establishing a site, supply chain, and workforce roughly 1,700 kilometres from its Vadodara base, in a different state with its own labour market, material sourcing, and regulatory approvals. Building in a district as tightly built up as T. Nagar brings constrained site access, restricted material delivery windows, and close-quarters work against neighbouring structures.
