Awarded and run in parallel with the civil works package above, this contract carried the same buildings from structural shell through to a functioning workplace. The scope combined interior fit-out, furniture supply and installation, and the full electrical layer of wiring, distribution, and fixtures. Placing both the structure and the finishes with a single contractor gave Hindustan Dorr-Oliver one point of accountability across the whole campus and removed the coordination gap that typically opens up when shell and fit-out sit with different parties.
