Project Overview
The largest and final engagement in the relationship: expanding hostel capacity to serve undergraduate and post-graduate students within a single facility. Expansion work differs fundamentally from new-build — it means tying new structure into existing buildings, extending live water, drainage, and electrical services without cutting off the students already in residence, and matching the new construction to what is already standing. Completed over roughly twenty months, it closed a six-year, four-project record with the university.
Scope of Work
