Furniture Fit-Out — SBI Building, Ghod Dod Road

Project Overview

A concurrent furniture fit-out at SBI’s building on Ghod Dod Road, awarded and delivered in exactly the same two-month window as the Admin Office contract. Running two fit-outs simultaneously at separate locations for the same client requires parallel procurement, fabrication, and installation crews — with neither site’s programme allowed to absorb the other’s delays. Completing both on time is a straightforward demonstration of multi-site delivery capacity.
