Project Overview
Modernization of LIC’s divisional office in Panjim, the coastal capital of Goa — a second state entered within months of the Chennai commission. Modernizing a divisional office means working inside a building that continues to serve policyholders and house staff throughout: work is phased zone by zone, noisy operations are scheduled around business hours, and public access has to remain safe and uninterrupted. Coastal locations additionally demand attention to salt-laden air in the specification of finishes, fixtures, and metalwork.
Scope of Work
- Divisional office modernization
- Phased delivery around live public operations
- Coastal-environment specification
- WHY THIS PROJECT STANDS OUT Modernizing a public-facing office that never closed its doors.
