Boys’ Hostel — Veterinary College

Project Overview

Extending the relationship to a second faculty, this contract delivered a dedicated hostel building for male students of JAU’s Veterinary College. Awarded while the first hostel was still on site, it marked the point at which the company moved from a single-project supplier to a contractor trusted across the university’s estate. Running two residential builds concurrently on the same campus required parallel labour, material, and supervision streams without either programme slipping.

Scope of Work

• Residential hostel block — Veterinary College
• Student accommodation
