Project Overview
The second industrial warehouse shed for Axtel Industries Ltd., an ongoing 35,000 sq ft facility built alongside the 50,000 sq ft Shed 1 completed in 2022–23 — together, 85,000 sq ft of manufacturing space. Like the first, it is a clear-span steel structure with an overhead EOT crane system, engineered so the runway beams and supporting columns carry sustained heavy lifting without intermediate supports obstructing the floor, with heavy-duty flooring rated for continuous equipment movement and an insulated envelope suited to year-round manufacturing.
The drone footage and aerial photos in the gallery above were captured in September 2026, showing the new steel frame rising beside the completed Shed 1.
