Project Overview
The first of two industrial warehouse sheds delivered for Axtel Industries Ltd. — a completed 50,000 sq ft facility (2022–23). It is a clear-span steel structure with an overhead EOT crane system, engineered so the runway beams and supporting columns carry sustained heavy lifting without intermediate supports obstructing the floor. The result is an uninterrupted production bay that Axtel can reconfigure as its process-equipment lines evolve, with heavy-duty flooring rated for continuous equipment movement and an insulated envelope suited to year-round manufacturing.
