Project Overview

Barely four months into the first contract, Hindustan Dorr-Oliver returned with a substantially expanded brief — additional administrative space, an enlarged canteen, and the client’s first guest house structure on the campus. A repeat award placed while the original contract was still running is one of the strongest signals a client can give about delivery confidence. The addition of a guest house also broadened the work from purely industrial and administrative building into residential-standard accommodation, a different specification of finish, services, and layout.
