Project Overview
Mangalam Construction Co.’s opening engagement with Hindustan Dorr-Oliver Limited, laying the base civil infrastructure for the company’s Ahmedabad manufacturing campus. The package spanned four distinct build types in a single contract — an administrative block, a canteen facility, internal roadways, and industrial shed structures — each carrying its own foundation, structural, and finishing requirements. Work of this kind on an operating industrial estate has to be sequenced around the client’s own activity, with material movement and site access planned so that construction does not interrupt the plant around it. Delivered in roughly thirteen months, the contract established the working relationship that grew into three further commissions at the same site.
